Friends
Just a few...
I really enjoy spending time with my friends. My two best friends
are Emily C. and Justin. Some of my other friends are Allie E., Allie M.,

A short story...
Justin, A.J., and I were at
the the SEMO Classic in 2001. We were on the second level of seats at the
Show-me Center, when we saw these three girls bumping the volleyball around
down on the bottom level. I said, "Hey guys! Let's go play volleyball with
them." I wasn't serious of course, but Justin was like, "Okay!" So A.J.
and I followed him down the stairs to the bottom level towards the girls.
At the last second I grabbed A.J.'s arm and we went off to the side and
hid in a doorway. Justin, unaware of our absence, went right up to the
girls. A.J. and I remained hidden and listened for him to say something.
Justin blurts out "Hey! Can we play?" The girls look at him like he's nuts
and he just stands there. Then he looks behind him and sees we're gone.
Then he says, "Well, can I play?" A.J. and I busted up laughing. We went
back up to the second level and looked down to see him diving all over
the floor after volleyballs these girls were hitting at him. He was all
serious about it. It was great. We still joke around about it today. A.J.
or I will walk up to him and say, "Can we play?"
